A police chase in Whittier on Saturday went a bit slower than regular: The intoxicated suspect was galloping by means of city on a horse.
The “driver” initially refused to drag over, resulting in the weird pursuit.
“That was our afternoon,” Whittier police posted on their official Instagram account.
The pursuit ended with the DUI suspect in custody and the horse getting a number of love from the cops. The horse was taken into the division’s care after the incident.
Turns out, nearly all the standard site visitors guidelines apply once you’re on metropolis streets, even when your trip is a horse.
Whittier law enforcement officials introduced the horse again to their station, the place it acquired a number of love, in keeping with the division’s Instagram account.
