The proprietor of a badly wounded horse who needed to be handled on the roadside as utilities staff, she claims, wouldn’t let the vet via says she needs a proof for the state of affairs.
Kelly D’Angelo referred to as the vet as an emergency on 22 February, as her 15-year-old former polo pony Rio had sustained an harm within the area. But the lads working within the personal street, in Maidenhead, Berkshire, she claims, refused to maneuver their vans to permit the vet via.
