The canine have been matted and infested with fleas, ticks, and maggots. They have been confined to small, cramped kennels in a barn-like facility and have been made to play, sleep, eat, and breed in their very own filth. A scene that was created from pure cruelty and neglect.

In addition to their deplorable medical situation, many of those canine suffered from extreme behavioral points. After all, that they had realized to concern people and have been extraordinarily undersocialized.
