A canine, named Kita, was discovered on a big piece of property. When she was rescued, she was confused and afraid. She couldn’t comprehend that these people needed to offer her correct meals and shelter, and above all, a second likelihood at life.
Kita was too overwhelmed to deal with it so she did what she needed to to be able to cope… she shut down fully. Her rescue journey started along with her struggling and it was fully heartbreaking.

Once Kita was taken to her foster residence, she curled right into a tiny ball. She made herself so small that she may wedge herself between the partitions. When Kita did transfer from that spot, she’d sit and stare into the nook of the room. The partitions have been her defend, her barrier, her safety. It was gut-wrenching.
Her foster mother explains, within the video beneath, that even when she finally labored up the braveness to go away the corners of her residence, she’d stare out the window like she didn’t belong there.
