The Foundation for the Horse, which in 2020 initiated its first-ever marketing campaign, “Taking the Lead—The Campaign for the Horse,” has introduced $11.4 million in marketing campaign presents and commitments, surpassing its $10 million purpose.
The announcement was made through the current American Association of Equine Practitioners Annual Convention, in San Antonio, Texas. The three-year marketing campaign concludes on Dec. 31.
Appealing to everybody who cares in regards to the well being and well-being of the world’s horses, the marketing campaign’s priorities are equine medical analysis, scholarships for veterinary college students, and packages for horses susceptible to abandonment, neglect, infectious illness, or in want of pressing medical care.
Chaired by Monty McInturff, DVM, founding associate and president of Tennessee Equine Hospital, in Thompson’s Station, the marketing campaign launched quietly in January 2020 and introduced its $10 million aspirations in December 2021 with $6.8 million dedicated at the moment.
The success of the marketing campaign will develop the inspiration’s capability to supply scholarships and grants exponentially, touching extra equids and individuals who take care of them in significant methods.
