Army Specialist Vance McFarland realized that his former Tactical Explosive Detection Dog, Ikar, had been deserted. It’d been three years since that they had final seen one another, and a reunion was underway due to Mission Canine Rescue and the U.S. War Dogs Association for stepping in to get these canine again with their rightful people.

“I hope he remembers me,” McFarland mentioned as he stood within the airport awaiting the canine’s arrival. And boy would the canine ever! As quickly as Ikar sees his former battle buddy, he’s off and operating into his arms. What a candy scene! These two have meant a lot to one another for thus lengthy, it’s solely proper they’re again collectively.
